Will my item look exactly like the picture?Superior MC Supply makes every effort to provide high quality images to assist you in selecting your motorcycle parts. Sometimes, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. Measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise information is critical to your order, we suggest that you contact us beforehand. We will not be held responsible if you do not contact us and there is a slight variation in color, size, etc…
Is it safe to order online?It is safe and secure to order online. Your Order can be completed online by simply clicking the "Order Now" button next to the item you wish to order. If you feel more comfortable, you may order by calling us or faxing us your order. Your privacy and security is our number one priority.

How can I pay for my order?
Superior MC Supply.com accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal or money orders. We do not ship orders until payment is received.

Do you charge sales tax?There is no sales tax collected on any order shipped outside of New York. Superior MC Supply.com will collect the appropriate sales tax for orders shipped within NY State. This will be added to your final total when placing your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?In Stock items usually ship within 5 to 7 days. Arrival time is generally 1 to 2 weeks. Inventory can change; therefore we will do our best to stay in touch with you to discuss where the current order currently stands. We will send you tracking numbers via e-mail as soon as they are available.
What if my item arrives damaged?Our staff is full trained to offer any assistance to help you. Our excellent packaging and shipping experience reduces the chances of damage. However, in the event of damage please save all original packaging and notify us immediately. Pictures are required in the event of hidden damage. If for some reason we are not able to replace your order you may select among the following options: (a) cancel your order or (b) receive a 10% coupon on your next order. If you choose to cancel your order, we will return your monies once we receive the damaged goods. We are not responsible for any damages not reported within 5 days of arrival.
What is your returns policy?Exchanges or refunds are given on strictly un-used or un-damaged merchandise that arrives back to us in the condition that it was when we sent it to you. This applies only to orders shipped in the USA.
For orders shipped internationally, please contact us if there is a problem so we can work to resolve the situation. SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES- DOMESTIC:USA:Shipping rates will be shown by the product. Charges include both Shipping & Handling. 98% of all product is shipped through the United States Parcel Service (USPS). We do not include insurance on each package unless it is asked for by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL:
Please inquire about shipping rates by emailing us at: superiormc13@gmail.com Most of our International Shipments are shipped via United States Parcel Service. The only thing we are responsible for is filling out the Customs Form and shipping the item. If there are any fees once the product gets to your country, you will be held responsible. We ship International all the time and have yet to have a problem.
